Jen: [spinning her chair around] "The queen's dressed as George Takei?!"

Me: "... no. What? No."

Jen: [squinting at picture] "She looks nothing like George Takei."

Me: "I said she's cutting a cake."

Jen: "Oh. Well. That's disappointing."

[silence]
