What's a Wreck?

A Cake Wreck is any cake that is unintentionally sad, silly, creepy, inappropriate - you name it. A Wreck is not necessarily a poorly-made cake; it's simply one I find funny, for any of a number of reasons. Anyone who has ever smeared frosting on a baked good has made a Wreck at one time or another, so I'm not here to vilify decorators: Cake Wrecks is just about finding the funny in unexpected, sugar-filled places.

Now, don't you have a photo you want to send me? ;)

Do her arms not have bones? And is the baby in a breech position? Inquiring minds want to know.

Could it be? A little one coming soon, to Princess Orgasma?

Would it be gauche to call dibs on the left boob? This cake also gives new meaning to serving "lady fingers" at a shower . . .

That disembodied left hand is creeping me out!

"You remember LaWanda June who used to live on the corner? No, not that corner, the other corner. That's right, the one without a head, poor thing. Well, she just had her baby!! 7 lb. girl!! The baby's fine but the carrot she was riding on went breech and LaWanda June was in delivery for Hello? Hello??"

With a foot THAT size - she is obviously giving birth to a six-year-old. Poor woman! No wonder she has no bones in her arms...the calcium that would have had to have been leeched from her to grow a first-grader's bones would have surely been debilitating!

No wonder she has no legs or head: all her growth went to her boobs!

Am I the only one distracted by the fact that this belly seems to have the arms coming out of the boob? Like, I know adding shoulders would only emphasize the sheer head-less-ness, but still!

I want to see a family photo after this kid is born. Apparently unusual deformities ain't no big thang in this clan.

What weirds me out the most are the cute, cheerful hearts dancing about the decapitated body with severely malformed arms.

Looks like she needs some SKELE-GRO! Where's Madame Pomfrey when you need her?!

"My grandma what long arm you have!"

This cake is the lovechild of Stretch Armstrong and a Weeble. Oy vey!
